About my Work:

I engraved large animal skull heads all over my glass and also added fullbody ones on top. Since we only really ever engrave normal animals and never the skulls, I wanted to try something different this time. We tend to pay our attention to the external anatomy of the animals. I explored whats really on the inside, which felt like something entirely different. From the outside they have soft fur but on the inside hard bones. The fact that we all have those bones inside of us which we never see, is really weird and fascinating at the same time, that's why I dedicated my work to skulls.

The Engraving:

"Inside Out" is 17.5cm tall and 9.7cm wide

It was engraved on 16-02-2023 using diamond and polishing wheels.
