The Stourbridge Branch is a small, friendly group holding regular workdays at the Red House Glass Cone, High St., Wordsley, in the heart of the Stourbridge glass quarter.
We meet to work on our engraving together, and from time to time have visiting expert tutors or visits to places of interest.
Meetings are generally held on the second Saturday every two months, (missing out the summer) at the Red House Glass Cone, High St, Wordsley, Stourbridge, from 10.30 – 3.30. New members and visitors are always welcome. Please get in touch for further details.
Our first meeting after our winter break was held on Sat 8th Feb with a small group of us meeting at the Red House Cone for a general workday. It was good to meet up again and work together on our current projects.
Our next meeting will be our AGM on Sat 5th April, followed by a talk from Stourbridge engraver Steve Piper about his work. Steve has over 30 years experience as a copper wheel engraver and has produced some amazing work. All visitors welcome, contact Margaret for further details.
